Hello, and welcome!
We’re Keith and Laura, the people behind Raven’s Nest Farm. What began as a shared passion for growing fresh, reliable food has grown into a small, family-run indoor farm serving our local community.
Our approach is intentional and consistent. By growing indoors in a controlled environment, we’re able to produce clean, vibrant leafy greens year-round—harvested at their peak and delivered just kilometres from where they’re grown. This allows us to focus on quality, freshness, and minimizing waste, without relying on seasons or long supply chains.

Romaine Lettuce
Crisp, refreshing, and full of crunch, our romaine lettuce is grown right here in Rocky View County and harvested at peak freshness. Its sturdy leaves and clean flavour make it a reliable, nutrient-rich staple for salads, wraps, and everyday meals.
Butterhead Lettuce
Soft, tender, and naturally sweet, our butterhead lettuce is a favourite for its delicate texture and vibrant freshness. Grown with care just outside Airdrie, it brings a gentle, melt-in-your-mouth quality to salads and sandwiches alike.
Ruffled Lettuce
Bright, frilly, and full of character, our ruffled lettuce adds both texture and flavour to the plate. Freshly harvested from our farm it offers crisp edges and tender centres that showcase just how good local greens can be.
Loose Leaf Lettuce
Light, leafy, and wonderfully versatile, our loose leaf lettuce is grown intentionally for freshness and flavour. Harvested close to home, it’s an easy, nourishing choice for everything from salads to everyday dishes.
Muir Lettuce
Light green, extra wavy, almost curly lettuce packs a serious crunch! We think of it as a wavy butterhead, but a crunch of an iceberg lettuce.
Spinach
Fresh, tender, and packed with nutrients, our spinach is grown locally in Rocky View County and harvested at its peak. With its mild flavour and delicate leaves, it’s perfect for salads, smoothies, sautés, and wholesome everyday meals.
Cilantro
We’re now offering cilantro in small batches. Our cilantro is fragrant, and vibrant shade of green. Used widely as a fresh garnish to dishes, this is sure to add life to you kitchen.
Basil
We’re now offering basil in small batches. Our basil is vibrant green, and has a rich sweet armomal which elevates any dish. Whether you’re adding it to a summer tomato salad, blending it into a sauce or using it as a garnish, this versatile herb is a kitchen essential.
