Even through our long, cold Alberta winters, our plants grow and thrive in their indoor oasis. Giving us an opportunity to provide our communities with fresh leafy greens 12 months of the year. We grow our leafy greens using deep water hydroponics. Which means our plants float on the water’s surface, with their roots reaching down into the nutrient rich water. Inside our farm our plants have everything they need. Lights act as the sun, the nutrient dense water acts as the soil, and our HVAC acts as the wind. The result is fresh, nutritious leafy greens grown locally, harvested at their best, and ready to make the short trip from our farm to your table.
